- Renter must be at least 25 years old with valid identification and a major credit card (MasterCard or Visa)
- Additional $25/nite for more than 8 persons and one time cleaning fee of $25 for pets

Cancellation Policy
Deposits for cancellations more than sixty (60) calendar days in advance of your arrival date will be refundable, less a cancellation fee of 5% of any deposit made. Deposits for cancellations between thirty (30) and sixty (60) calendar days before your scheduled arrival date will be refundable, less a cancellation fee of 50% of any deposit made. Cancellations made less than thirty (30) calendar days from your scheduled arrival date will incur a penalty of 50% of the rental fees for the scheduled stay, or 100% of the deposit amount, which ever is less. Any refunds will be paid within thirty (30) calendar days of cancellation. Management reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make exceptions to this policy for the benefit of the customer.
